Refunds require a spotless 30-day window and strict eligibility hurdles

Refunds are only available on new orders placed within the last 30 days. You must have an account in good standing, no ToS violations, no disputed or charged-back payments, and the assigned IP addresses must not be on any blacklist. Monthly transfer usage must be below 10% of your quota, and the number of refund requests across accounts cannot be excessive.

Once granted, the refund is full minus any IP-change fees, and all services, snapshots, and backups are terminated and irreversibly deleted. The policy uses the original payment method. If you migrate a project in and then discover a mismatch, you risk forfeiting the payment and the data.
